These are the purple with white margin form of Bulb. maxillare as described in the AOS Orchids bulletin August 2020. We previously sold this as B. masdivalianum and the cherry red with yellow on the petals form as B. blumei. They are warm tolerant and bloom multiple times a year with flowers that mimic masdevallia shape.
